Privacy

This is a personal website, and it collects as close to nothing as a website reasonably can. There are no ads, no tracking pixels, no fingerprinting, and no cookies set by this site. There is nothing to consent to, which is why there is no cookie banner.

Analytics: the site uses Vercel Analytics, which records anonymous, aggregated page views - things like which pages are visited and roughly where visitors come from. It does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors. I use it to see which recs people actually read.

The rec form: if you submit a place recommendation through a city page, the fields you fill in are emailed to me via Resend so I can read it. That submission is not stored in a database, not used for marketing, and never shared with anyone. If you include personal details, they go no further than my inbox.

Hosting: the site runs on Vercel, which processes standard server logs (IP addresses, request paths) to serve and secure the site, as any host does. See Vercel's own privacy policy for how they handle that.
